Please note that wedding orders require more than five working days’ notice. Due to the detailed and time-sensitive nature of bridal designs, if we receive less than five days’ notice, we may not be able to accommodate your request. We encourage you to contact us as early as possible to discuss your wedding needs and ensure we can create something beautiful for your special day.

If you have a specific timeframe in mind for receiving any item, please don’t hesitate to get in touch before placing your order so we can discuss options and do our best to meet your needs.

We use standard NZ Post and Aramex for all deliveries, which typically takes up to five working days depending on your location - please allow a few extra days for rural deliveries. Should you require faster delivery, please get in touch — we’re happy to arrange an expedited shipping option for an additional fee. We appreciate your understanding and support as we focus on delivering quality over haste.

A Note on the Nature of Dried Flowers

We believe there is beauty in imperfection and character in natural variation. The following information is intended to help you understand what makes our dried flower arrangements so unique — and what to expect when purchasing from us.

Natural Variation: As dried botanicals are real, once-living materials, they are inherently varied in colour, texture, and form. No two stems are ever quite the same, and the drying process often brings out subtle shifts in tone and shape. This is part of their charm — each piece is truly one of a kind.

Seasonal and Botanical Availability: Our flowers are sourced from a variety of growers, and as with all things natural, availability can shift with the seasons. While we stay as close as possible to the look and feel of the product images shown, substitutions may occasionally be necessary. These will always be made with care and a commitment to overall balance and beauty.

Lighting and Display Differences: Please keep in mind that lighting, screen settings, and photo editing can influence how colours appear in photographs. While we make every effort to represent our products as accurately as possible, some variation is to be expected when viewing your arrangement in person.

Handcrafted with Intention: Each piece is designed and assembled by hand by a florist with over 20 years of experience. Small variations in flower placement or composition are natural and intentional — they are what make your arrangement distinctive and personal. Trust in the process and in the maker’s eye.

Caring for Your Flowers: With the right care, dried flowers can last many months — even years. However, they are delicate and naturally age over time. To help them last longer, keep them away from direct sunlight, high humidity, and strong drafts. A little care goes a long way in preserving their beauty.

Important: Damage and Refund Policy

Dried flowers are delicate by nature, and it is completely normal to find a few floral crumbs or loose petals in the box upon opening your order. This is simply a result of the flowers settling during transit and does not affect the integrity of the arrangement.

However, if a flower or key element of the design has clearly broken apart or sustained damage that compromises the overall piece, please contact us within five days of receiving your parcel. We ask that you provide clear, detailed photographs of the issue so we can assess and address it.

We will always do our best to resolve any concerns in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, and we deeply value the opportunity to make things right when something falls short of expectations.
